Health-Related Benefits:*
Ulticom's comprehensive medical plan includes medical coverage (POS/Health Fund options), dental coverage, vision care and a prescription drug plan.

Life Insurance:
Each eligible employee is provided basic coverage of 2X Salary (or 3X Salary for commissioned sales representatives) of Group Term Life Insurance. Spouses and children are also provided basic coverage of $10,000 and $5,000 respectively. Employees also have the option to purchase additional term insurance for themselves, spouses and/or children at group rates through payroll deduction.

Disability Insurance:
The company provides both short-term and long-term disability benefits. Employees have the option to pay the premium for long-term disability to ensure tax-free benefits.

401k Plan:
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401k Salary Deferral Plan on the first of the month following the date of hire. The company will match contributions at 50% up to $2,000 per year.

Paid Time Off:

  • Vacation - 15 days per year
  • 12 Holidays (9 designated plus 3 floaters)
  • 7 Sick Days per year

Tuition Refund: (90 day waiting period for new hires) **
Ulticom offers tuition reimbursement for undergraduate, graduate and non-degreed programs to assist in the growth of our employees. Ulticom believes that the growth of its employees fuels the growth of the Company.
