Ulticom Announces Preliminary First Quarter Fiscal 2010 Revenues
Mount Laurel, New Jersey, May 4, 2010 - Ulticom, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULCM), today announced preliminary revenues for the first quarter of fiscal year 2010, which ended April 30, 2010. Ulticom anticipates sales for the quarter to be approximately $8.4 million.
“Revenues were lower than expected because certain anticipated orders were not received during the first quarter,” said Shawn Osborne, President and CEO of Ulticom. “We believe the bulk of these orders will be received in subsequent quarters and that these delays have only affected our near-term revenues. We remain focused on growing our customer base, enhancing our products and developing new systems solutions.”
The Company expects to release its final first quarter results in early June 2010, and will host a conference call following the release to discuss the quarter results and update financial outlook for fiscal year 2010.
