Story: Ulticom is pleased to announce the general availability of a new PCI SS7 board featuring High Speed Links (HSL) and high density narrow-band links for SS7 access. Known as the PH0301, the new board complements Ulticom's current SS7 board offerings which provide PCI, cPCI, and PMC connectivity. The PH0301 with HSL provides two T1/E1 interfaces that may be configured to support up to 32 narrow-band SS7 links, or one HSL link in conformance with the Q.703 Annex A specification. With over 2000 deployments of Signalware around the globe the PH0301 was engineered to help customers scale systems over time. This was achieved by ensuring that the board can be used on the same computing platform as other Ulticom PCI boards allowing current customers to phase in the PH0301 without disturbing their installed base. Satisfaction Update: Ulticom is committed to the success of its customers and one way of assuring that success is through a customer satisfaction program. This year, after initiating customer satisfaction action plans, the company received high marks on its yearly survey and soundly exceeded industry norms in many categories. Overall satisfaction with Ulticom increased to 83%, a full 9% over the industry norm. Another notable accomplishment from the 2003 survey relates to Customer Support, where satisfaction increased from 73% to 79%, or 10% higher than the norm...more results>>
