The Ulticom Alliance Program is designed to provide additional value to system and
service providers as they adopt the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) as the preferred
infrastructure for the delivery of new service offerings to their subscribers. As
demand for IMS-based applications increases, Network Equipment Providers (NEP) and
System Integrators (SI) are assuming a modular approach to building IMS elements.
This new approach requires the integration of many third party hardware and software
components. Because there are uncertainties associated with the compatibility and
collective performance of these components, integrating them into an overall solution
is a significant undertaking for NEPs and SIs. Ulticom's Alliance Program helps
NEPs and SIs to reduce the time to market. It provides them with a needed level
of assurance that their end solution will be a successful one.
