Ulticom understands that learning does not always require full web- or classroom-based
training. Training is only one way to learn. Sometimes, access to a job aid or quick
reference guide is all that is needed. Therefore, to ensure that customers have
the right information at the right time, Ulticom has made Information Resources
available through the Learning Portal.
Information Resources are created based on recurring customer requests for specific
information that is helpful "on the job." They are also created to help
illustrate or summarize abstract concepts and procedures in order to facilitate
learning. Examples of this would be the key files used by various processes during
initialization of Ulticom Signalware®
or the order of events during the SS7 link alignment procedure.
Information Resources Include:
- Job-aids or quick reference guides of helpful commands when using Ulticom's products
- Practical guides for using Ulticom's troubleshooting tools, including examples of
their use and output
- Diagrams and animations of various concepts and procedures related to SS7 standards
and Ulticom's products
All customers who attend an Ulticom classroom training event receive complimentary
2-week access to all information resources available via the Ulticom Learning Portal.
Existing and potential customers may request a 30-day trial of the Ulticom Learning
Portal, which provides limited access to selected information resources.
